Got Ideas? A New How-to for Digital Product Development
Justin Jones and Scott Waddell have published a book for bringing an app, website or other digital product to life
A thousand times a day, an idea is born. This book is for people with great technology ideas who seek a simple manual to render their visions into reality. With a unique spin and a sometimes contrarian point of view, the authors have infused Got Ideas? How to Turn Your Ideas into Products People Want to Use with practical intelligence and the spirit to champion innovation in product creation.
Rather than a dense, textbook-style read, this is a concise and well-formatted how-to written for easy consumption and available in four formats: hardcover, paperback, ebook and audiobook. Chapters are divided into short sections that can be read independently or in sequence. Throughout Got Ideas?, use cases and real-life product stories illustrate ideas for the reader. The authors tell personal stories from their own experience in the digital product world to illuminate concepts like focusing on user experience and learning to embrace failure. Sidebars with use cases, recommendations, and alternate perspectives enhance every chapter. Graphs, charts, diagrams, and bolded quotes feature the words of thought leaders in topical areas.
The first in a series of four planned books, Got Ideas? turns dreamers into viable entrepreneurs and good ideas into great products with user-focused marketing strategies.
